Ironwood Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Madison focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • Certification in compliance or audit.
