Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Madison, WI)

Northwind Vale Financial is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for payment disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
