Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Madison, WI)

Cedar Amber Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
