Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Madison, WI)

Foxglove Rowan Inspection Services is an inspection company in Madison with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 814 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
