Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Madison, WI)

Bright North Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Madison. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for materials orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
