Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Madison, WI)

Redstone Glen Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Madison. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
