Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Inspection Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
