Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Madison, WI)

Highbridge Drift Foods produces packaged foods at its Madison plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
