Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

Foxglove Juniper Health is a healthcare provider in Louisville with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
