Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Forge Energy Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 936 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage response. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
