Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

Nova Drift Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Louisville with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
