Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

Silverline Granite Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
