Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

Highbridge Forge Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Louisville working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
