Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

We are growing our team at Summit Iron Pharma Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 116 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
