Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

Fernwood Yarrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Louisville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
