Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

Summit Harbor Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
