Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Louisville, KY)

Northwind Glen Foods is a Louisville food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Louisville. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cold storage. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
