Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Little Rock, AR)

Rivermark Nest Financial Group is a financial-services company in Little Rock, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
