Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Little Rock, AR)

Clearpath Ashton Inspection Services is an inspection company in Little Rock with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
