Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Little Rock, AR)

Bright Oak Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Little Rock design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 366 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
