Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Little Rock, AR)

Fernwood Cross Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
