Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Field Construction is a Little Rock contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
