Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Little Rock, AR)

Silverline North Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Little Rock, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
