Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Little Rock, AR)

Cedar Ivory Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Little Rock. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for fraud alerts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
