Ironwood Cobalt Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit.
