Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Las Vegas, NV)

Westbrook Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Las Vegas, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
