Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Knoxville, TN)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Basin Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
