Bright Haven Pharma is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for release testing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
