Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Knoxville focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We invest in training. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
