Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Quarry Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Knoxville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
