Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Knoxville, TN)

Bluepeak Fern Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Knoxville working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with ridership counts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
