Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Knoxville, TN)

Highbridge Loom Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Knoxville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Knoxville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
