Northwind Wilder Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
