Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Kansas City, MO)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cobalt Insurance and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
