Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen River Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Kansas City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for safety records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
