Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Fernwood Rowan Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Jacksonville serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
