Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Ironwood Summit Medical is a Jacksonville company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 136 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
