Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Silverline Ivory Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Jacksonville, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
