Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Hollow Care Services supports families and individuals in Jacksonville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
