Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Orchard Telecom Group builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Jacksonville area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
