Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Bright Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Jacksonville with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
