Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Northwind Clear Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
