Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Silverline Pine Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
