Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

Harborlight Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
