Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jacksonville, FL)

We are growing our team at Northwind Lantern Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 813 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
