Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jackson, MS)

Rivermark Cross Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
