Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Jackson, MS)

Foxglove Forge Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Jackson. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
