Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Mill Transit Planning Group helps transport agencies around Indianapolis design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
