Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Indianapolis, IN)

Northwind Linden Inspection Services is an inspection company in Indianapolis with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 362 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Indianapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
