Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Indianapolis, IN)

Amberfield Wilder Construction is a Indianapolis contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 854 people based in Indianapolis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
